Meet the staff of PA-HomeCare...
Shawn and Kathy Spence, Co-Owners
Shawn is a graduate of Colorado State and Kathy attended Franklin & Marshall and HACC. Our blended family consists of five daughters, one son, and many grandchildren. We have been providing home care beyond compare to seniors and others in the Lancaster County area for over a decade. Sharing a commitment to community involvement, we are also active members of Grace Community Church of Willow Street where Shawn has served in various capacities including Chair of the Church Council for six years and leads the men's group Knights of the 21st Century. Kathy has been active with the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" drive for Heart health as well as serving on the board and in leadership with the Lancaster South Rotary Club. PA Home Care of Lancaster has worked in affiliation with the Alzheimer's Association to sponsor a monthly Alzheimer's/Dementia Community Education Group, free to anyone in the community who wants to learn and connect with others on this topic. Intent on making life easier in home care service, we are proud to provide Quality Care Assistants that exemplify "With Hearts and Hands, We Care." We'll help you or your loved one to age in place, safely, at home.
Michelle Reinhart, Co-Owner
I was born and raised in Lancaster County, and have lived here all my life. I have two wonderful children who keep me very busy! I have coached youth soccer for over 10 years with PMSC. I also volunteered within the Soccer club. I enjoy working with our caregivers. It is rewarding for me to help those who are out in the field making a difference in so many of our neighbors' lives. I also enjoy working with and speaking to our clients. It is such a blessing to have the opportunity to make someone else's life a little easier. My main role at PA Home Care of Lancaster is to take care of all the billing and payroll needs, and running the "day to day" operations at the office.
Lynn Greiner, Human Resources
I have lived in Lancaster County my entire life. In fact, I took piano lessons as a young girl in the house that is now the PA Home Care office! My husband Bruce and I have been married for over 30 years and we have one son, Kyle. We also have a cat, Richard. On my days off we enjoy going to antique stores and flea markets to look for old Pennsylvania bottles which my husband collects. I love to cook, read, and work on crossword puzzles. I graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Business. This took me to managing a retail shop for many years. In early 2013, the opportunity presented itself to switch career paths and I began caregiving for PA Home Care. I will continue to provide care to our wonderful clients for as long as my work in the office allows. Helping the elderly stay in their homes is a most rewarding feeling. The people I provide care for are so appreciative and thankful for everything I do for them. It is a joy to go to work every day and know you made a difference in someone's day.
