Q: What kind of services do you provide?
PA Home Care of Lancaster provides non-medical personal care and companion care services. We help our consumers with Activities of Daily Living. This allows them to remain safely in their home, for as long as possible. Some of the tasks we assist with are bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and so much more.
Q: Where do you provide services?
In the client's home is most common. However, people sometimes discover that the assistance provided in an assisted living facility is not sufficient to enable them to remain independent. In these cases, we provide a qualified caregiver to help with their needs. We are very flexible in working with clients to provide the services they need where it's needed.
Q: Can I change my schedule easily?
Yes, you can call the office at anytime to review or make changes to your schedule. We will make every effort to adjust times or days of the week to suit your needs.
Q: Can I cancel a day if I have an appointment?
Yes! Simply call the office and we can try to move the shift to a more convenient time or cancel for that visit.
Q: How do I get started?
Simple, either call our office at 717-464-2006, or, 866-205-0348 and request an assessment, or complete our Contact Us form on this website. We will arrange a time for a staff member to visit you and conduct an assessment. Afterwards, we will identify a caregiver whose skills are in line with your needs and personality. You will then be able to determine a schedule that will work for you.
