At PA Home Care of Lancaster, we strive to make staying at home a rewarding experience.  We find that working with our senior neighbors and their families humbles us. Our goal is to help in any way possible.

We understand that it is difficult sometimes to introduce someone into your home or a family member’s home, especially a stranger. All our Caregivers are Bonded and Insured. We have multiple interviews and orientations with our caregivers prior to hiring. We obtain references from reliable sources, that could be, past jobs, prior private duty caregiving, or personal references.

At PA Home Care of Lancaster, we have a safety committee that is essential to helping our caregivers with training, answering questions, and being able to look out for any safety concerns. The safety committee meets once per month and conducts annual training meetings for all staff.

You oversee your schedule. We do our very best to honor all requests, from day of service to time of service, the staff at PA Home Care will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Our job is to make your life easier!

Our on-staff RN monitors all our clients’ needs by conducting in home visits at least every 6 months. She also is available in between those visits if you should feel the need for additional evaluation. Our RN also closely monitors our caregivers! Anytime there is new safety equipment introduced into a home, we can conduct an in-home training session with either our RN or someone from our Safety Committee.

Everyone is unique. No two people have the same exact needs. We can help you customize what tasks are needed to help suit your needs. Whether we recommend safety equipment, such as grab bars or a shower chair, or simply advise a bed bath would be best, you still have a voice in the decision-making process. Our staff is available to help tailor in home care needs specifically for you, and our caregivers are experienced in all levels of non-medical care needs.

We are available 24 hours per day 7 days per week. If you cannot reach our office staff, due to it being after hours, we have a staff member on call ready to answer your call.
